With RGB gone, the court is still 4:4 (assuming Roberts is comped and votes liberal).
But now Trump can take out Roberts to create a 4:3 majority.
Trump needed RGB gone before Durham can expose Roberts (and Obama).
They must have phone records that indicate a pattern of Obama/swamp people creating official emails (for the FOIA record), while they did the exact opposite.

So basically the official records are a complete fiction.
