That was some of the speculation regarding Haiti and the people/kids going missing. Greater percentage of O- blood type and compatibility for transplant. Throw in the cholera outbreak offing folksโ€ฆand organs that can be obtained as it is said cholera doesn't affect an organ for transplant.
