Anon Theory on Assange in regards to US Again Insists Journalists Not Precluded From Prosecution Under Espionage Act

Perhaps this is because they are trying to set precedent that journalists are subject to espionage act, or avoid setting the precedent that they aren't subject to it? Fake news will seek shelter once the hammer is dropped, so they can't give any outs.

Not sure if that has been suggested, but wanted to throw this out there.
