Civilian Air Patrol (CAP) not "boy scouts" and Ferrie's entire head was hairless and he wore painted grease paint eyebrows. He was one effed up m'effer and cruised Nawlins' with Clay Shaw. Ferrie worked for former FBI agent Guy Bannister who was working with Poppy's crew on anti-Castro ops. LHO also secretly worked for Guy Bannister but was sheep-dipped on the streets as pro-Castro "Fair Play For Cuba" member. The leaflets LHO handed out for his FPC fake group hhad an address printed on it which offic shared the same building with Guy Bannister's anti-Castro office. This never came out during the Warren Commission as did a ton of other connection between LHO and the FBI, CIA, Poppy (via David Atlee Phillips).

There is a consensus among the best Warren Commission critics that LHO was an Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) double-agent sent to NO after his false defector fail in Moscow, to infiltrate the CIA's illegal and unauthorised training of anti-Castro Cubans (Poppy's Crew). However, he was made, knew he was made and tried to get word to D.C. thru the FBI about the assassination.

Now, others also believe that Jack Kennedy told Bobby to handle the CIA matter in Florida and NO. The story goes is that LHO was part of Bobby's op and when he took the fall fir the assassination, Bobby was handcuffed as he couldn't claim ownership of such a perfectly set up assassin. Poppy and the rest must have gotten a good laugh over setting Bobby up similar to the way Poppy, Nixon and his WH Plumbers (anti-Castro crew) set Teddy up with that "Bear Trap" up in Chappaquiddick a decade later.
