Okay, I dug a bit further on the RBG talking about girls above 12 being able to consent to sex.
I found the original document that came out in, I believe it was, 1974, co-authored by RBG herself.
I kept seeing something about her saying that and I was curious about the actual wording of piece, mostly because I was getting annoyed that whatever outlets I was reading would keep just repeating, "she definitely didn't say that". I wanted them to go in to more detail, but, obviously none of them considered it.
As it turns out, it actually wasn't her. Someone presented the bill to congress and I think it got turned down through the process. What she was actually doing was criticizing the wording of the bill. The catch is that, in her annoying feminist screeches, she never disagreed with the bill, only its wording.
No one is being specific enough. The stupid faggot journos won't explain in reasonable detail what was actually said. No one here or in any walled off echo chamber that leans more toward the views generally taken here ever really explains it and just points the finger back and says "yeah huh!"
Don't get me wrong, I don't really care enough about her to form any opinions or anything, so don't think I've invested enough to see what else she said, but on principal here, I felt I should follow through and at least report my findings.
I don't care about sources or anything. Believe me or don't. Feel free to disagree.
That's all.
