Speaking from my own experience–when I sense synergy, thought patterns, emotions, heart resonance or a physical sensation when in the presence of another man/woman I've come to learn it is God showing me something about them. Sometimes to directly help them, sometimes just to pray for them and sometimes just to pay attention and listen to them.
