Me thinks trying to threaten potus with ricin was a red line that resulted in Potus forcing out RBG death that he knew about but was holding as a card to play. The DS likely wanted to delay RBG until after the election (although they may have released and timed it themselves for max impact if they thought it could sway election that could not win otherwise, either way it was a BIG card to play)
Almost as if CG was saying RBG death (outing) was a result of the ricin event. SC would have known if RBG was a double, was effectively on life support, etc. so Potus, etal. could have advised them game over, issue a statement.
DS would have drawn a powerful red line with RBG as they need the SC. So by Potus being in a position to gain another that means that whatever the DS will counter with has been countered/eliminated and it would have been very powerful, so I see this as a good sign.
Potus has alot of cards to play and the red lines for him to unleash Pain would be harm to him or family, his cabinet and close associates, and as Q told us protected journalists (among other things, but cards all have different values ro repond to threats of varying severity). One needs to hold leverage for protection and as a threat/and counter that can harm enemy as a deterrent or offensive tool also.
DS also has cards to play but I believe theirs are evil and chaotic not legit.
I do think the lines off communication between Potus and DS are closed, with other presidents and groups a mediator like kissinger would be the middle man, today I think Q is relaying red lines and their/DS comms are doing the same, CG may have been the messenger pidgin (maybe also threatening an EO) pidgEOn.
