Of course you would need a law degree!!
Kind of dangerous though, IMO.
I would prefer someone who has a decent understanding of the Constitution of course but also the case law here, which is a side bar to Constitution. That is much more involved and complicated.

I'm not so arrogant to claim to know everything. I suppose it would be within our countries principles to have it this way.
IMO, it would be a bit dangerous to seat someone who doesn't have a complete understanding of our laws, case law and Constitutional law.
