Well the reason I ask is the state of CA just awarded the California Arts Council with an additional 5 million per year in funding and that lady heads it.

 

Let me repeat that anons, a lady with a "doll collection" sign on her home page shaped like a pizza with a head in the middle runs a state organization just awarded 5 million per year on top of what they have been getting.

 

My thought? It is through that very department that these things are all being organized.
