I post stuff here often. Some time ago I noticed that if I posted a good link some time later it would appear as you describe with red headline, etc. Then it would get a "notable". At first I was a bit annoyed (confession here) because I felt I wasn't getting credit. Then I realized it was good, because someone else was making the info. available in more usable form. Thanks to whoever took the time to do this.
