It's hard to read but I'm sure that's what it says.
"The Handmaiden's Tale" is a similar radical-progressive propaganda tool to Dan Brown's "The Da Vinci Code".
Twist, Spin & Fiction.
Handmaiden = Female Servant.
A woman might say, "I'm God's handmaiden."
or, "I'm God's servant."
Same basic meaning.
