Do these people even have brain cells?

The most controversial of the proposed changes would be adding two more justices to the court. House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler tweeted yesterday: "If Sen. McConnell and @SenateGOP were to force through a nominee during the lame duck session — before a new Senate and President can take office — then the incoming Senate should immediately move to expand the Supreme Court."

Well, it would take a veto-proof majority in both Houses to pack the court, for one, and it would have to get out of the Senate Judiciary Committee (which is controlled by Repubs) to even make it to the floor, to start.

And the time between the election and Trump's second inauguration isn't a "lame duck session" anyway, the term only applies to a President in his last days in office.
