Let's step thru this vid and mark each significant point/event in its progression from 0:00 to 1:08.
0:00 B-2 Spirit, 0328, weapons bay doors open, flew above cloud cover, bright daylight sky, playback set to slow motion approximately 1/3 speed
0:03 side light flashed dimly
0:08 white side light flashed dimly
0:14 white light flashed dimly, B-2 drifted upward - or cam plane drifted downward
0:18 bomb released, MOP-432 = Massive Ordinance Penetrator, 4 and 3 on bomb fins, orange ring on nose - activated - white side light flashed dimly
0:23 bomb propellor array opened as bomb dropped out of cam frame
0:25 white side light flashed dimly
0:26 second bomb, MOP-435, released just as first dropped out of frame, propellor array not engaged, bomb fell out of the B-2's shade and into bright sunlight as it dropped out of cam frame.
0:36 bomb drooped out of cam frame, B-2 rose and/or cam plane drifted downard as cam panned upward showing more of the underbelly of B-2
0:36 vid cut to ground view of a target, playback set to slow motion, bomb nose-dived into the earth at orange cone, blue jet flame visible at bomb's tailend, struck the ground through its own shadow, burrowed intact into the ground, jet flame visible at tail end, propellor array not visible.
0:39 bomb entered earth without explosion, surrounding ground heaved outward, some debris flew outward.
0:45 orange-red flame visible at entry point
0:47 underground explosion reached above ground, fireball burst from entry point, engulfed the previous orange-red flame, rose into sky, surrounding ground appeared to collapse into entry point
0:55 cut to second ground shot, no visible marking for target within cam frame, bomb nose-dived into the earth at bottom of cam frame, playback at normal speed, split-second drop to impact, bomb almost indistinguishable from background - invisible - as it dove
0:56 explosion below cam frame, appeared to be an above ground or a shallow detonation, lots of debris flew outward following as fireball rose into the sky

Assuming the two bombs correspond to the first and second ground shots, it would appear that the first detonation was at considerable distance from the second as per the lack of ground rumbling in second ground shot.
First shot was an undergrund detonation, yes?
The second shot was a surface detonation?
Each detonation showed a bomb of a different type than the two shown in flight, yes?
Given all of the above, what does this vid demonstrate about bombing targets, or pairs of targets, from above the clouds?
What then might be the meaning regarding Q comms?
