He'd have to oversee a trial again, and he took shit from the dems (Warren?) last time.
My own take is that this guy's balls are in a vice. He's going to be getting pressure from both sides until he breaks.
If he's comped in such a way that will disgust the public he will take the civilian justice system down with him when it's exposed. Further, if the plan is to disregard any election results and hand it all to the lawyers, it's best if he's exposed and the system is taken down before 11/3.
