I'm sure the dems will argue that a vote for Biden is a vote for the dems so it counts for their new candidate. Whether that is actually a legal argument that would stick is another story, but I'm sure that is the game they will play.
At least the CDC is admitting out loud now that they are printing covid misinformation. If they could just admit most of the rest of what they have said is also false we can all get on with our lives.
