Not sure about the National People's Radio piece, but it needs to be done.

Since Marbury (1803), the Court has put itself above the other branches. That was not the intent of the Founders or the letter of the law in the Constitution.

Recall Jackson ignored the Court rulings and did what he found Constitutional.
