Not just "some" agency. She's been promoted to Associate Director in the SEC's Enforcement Division. That means she has a lot of control over who gets investigated/prosecuted and who gets a pass for things like insider trading. Turn a blind eye as a bribe factor or persecute individuals as threats VERY possible for her now. Also had a 90 grand salary increase right out of the gate.
