Yep. It's not just Ds, either. There are many people out there, wonderful God-fearing people, that are simply under/uneducated. When Q makes statements like "ignorance is a choice", and many people alive today still don't have a good grasp of how to learn things on their own (internet and otherwise), or live in countries where access to information is completely filtered (China and other totalitarian states), then it's really more of a reflection of opinion instead of the reality.

Those people believe masks protect them; and many still don't seem to understand that those wearing the masks are supposed to be protecting other people from themselves; not the other way around.

For the rest of us that point out what seems to be obvious, it would behoove you to remember that the White House literally fucking played along with the narrative. They offered nothing, publicly at least, to counter it. For the remainder that say Trump embraced the masks for 5D chess, you do realize this goes flying way over the heads of a majority of people, right?

@POTUS, Q, and the team might have been 1st and 50, but they fumbled for a turnover on their own 10 yard line with COVID; hands down. I really wish the roundups could have started right then and there. THAT should have been our "gloves off" moment. All I can say is when the roundup of bad actors by out military does happen, that shit need to be made public, and broadcast live on TV for the entire world to see. The nonsense with COVID really did force a few out of the camp. Not because people blame Trump, mind you. It's because many Q folks had the "borderline Q folks" right up till that point. It really turned a lot of people off. You can tell by the number of responses to Q posts as of late. Breads just don't fly off the shelf like they used to.

If they can get John Roberts to vacate his seat willingly, there's no need to put another candidate up.

Right:

Thomas

Alito

Gorsuch

Kavanaugh

Left:

Breyer

Sotomayor

Kagan

Also, don't forget we have retired justices O'Connor, Kenney, and Souter. If Roberts found it necessary to recuse in a matter, the language in the code doesn't explicitly say that he couldn't appoint someone to replace him for "temporary duty". I think that'd be very unlikely, but always something to keep in mind.

There's plenty of time. Senate confirmation is written into the constitution; I do not believe there is a workaround for this. What he could do is a recess appointment if it fell around the time of the vote. There's a difference between "announcing" an appointment and actually making one.

How about when he says that the WWG1WGA motto comes from JFK's boat? Or when he says that a 17 year old that broke 3 state laws was "in the right"? Anons need to keep their head on a swivel. Lin's alright, but there's a difference between politics law and actual law. Also, if Lin can't be bothered to actually know where the fucking motto is from, as a fucking lawyer, I'm inclined to sit back and watch instead of rally behind.

Right - this is exactly my point. Too many anons working in the realm of "belief" instead of "facts".

According to IL and WI state law, he quite literally was not. Read up on:

  1. Age permitted to have a Firearm in IL

  2. Legal transfer of possession of a firearm in IL.

  3. Trafficking of weapons across state lines into WI.

That's before he even shot someone (albeit in self defense), anon. He was 3 times a felon before he ever defended himself. A good prosecutor will eat him alive. You guys want to vouch for someone to get a presidential pardon? Let it be this kid. As long as he has learned his lesson on being legal.

Even the wild west had laws. I have to admit, I was surprised to see how quickly you all jumped to his defense. There was literally 0 research around the incident, and nearly 0 discussion outside "Fuck you, you're wrong" from both sides.

OK, since you people still have done proper research, you do realize that WI law is similar to IL in regards to being underage and possession of a firearm, right?

If Lin has more knowledge of the situation, and still failed to do some proper research, then Kyle's sorta fucked.

https://giffords.org/lawcenter/state-laws/minimum-age-to-purchase-possess-in-wisconsin/

Unless Kyle just so happened to be strolling through the middle of the road in Kenosha while hunting birds under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian, he was in direct violation of the law.

Again, if you want to hope for a presidential pardon for someone, make it Kyle. He's going to need it.

>The kid is guilty of poor judgementโ€ฆ

Sigh indeed. There's nothing unconstitutional in preventing a child with poor judgement from possessing a firearm. In some places, it got so bad that there needed to be laws to make haphazard parents liable.

This kids parents/guardians are guilty of poor judgement. He is guilty of being an uninformed kid that wanted to "do the right thing". The problem with his choice was believing 2 wrongs make a right. This isn't the wild west. It's 2020, and hyper political. Whether anons want to believe that politics changes everything or not, take a look at everyone wearing a mask next time you walk into a grocery store, and ask yourself why leadership couldn't just simply quash the CDC/FDA over bad "science".

It's because of politics.

Rifles are covered under the provision of "firearm". I get none of us are legal experts, but COME THE FUCK ON, anons. He literally broke state laws. He was not under direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

Why do you think so many of us were asking the question? If his dad/mom/guardian was there with him when this happened, then you'd have a case. Since that's not the case, nor has anyone even mentioned them at all, there's no defender in the country that could get this kid off save Johnny Cochran.
