Since like 2 years ago, I have noticed ACB continually get pushed in QR. Just out of the blue. While no one else gets pushed at all. Is it organic?
Can think of 2 possible theories to explain the push.

POTUS' opponents know something that will cause either embarrassment or a long drawn-out non-confirmation

ACB is controlled and POTUS' opponents want her in there.
There might be other theories but I only thought of those 2.

Well to really evaluate, one would have to evaluate their intellect and academic work, and read all their briefs (as a lawyer) and decisions (as a judge) and have enough legal background to assess the quality of the legal thought and writing etc. Get a sense of their ethics too.
I don't have that info and sounds like you don't either.
I don't think we can rightly "judge" SCOTUS candidates based on a few paragraphs written about them.
