So based on that I looked at the original.

The "not the correct solution" text was straight reversed, and shifted by 3 up, so Q becomes T, e becomes h, etc..
The original text is more complex and is reversed in chunks between the punctuation marks (periods, apostrophes, question marks), and still uses the same 3 letter shift. The upper case letter mid text was the tell. When you reverse that chunk "pfeq balzba rlv kxZ", you get "Zxk vlr abzlab qefp", shift those by 3 (Z becomes C, x becomes a, k becomes n) you get "Can you decode this". The remaining chunks are reversed and use the same shift.
The solution: Can you decode this? I'll bet you can't.
