A federal judge has denied a request from Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf to stay a ruling that found the state’s pandemic restrictions unconstitutional, possibly paving the way for large gatherings without crowd-size limits.

U.S. District Court Judge William Stickman IV said in Tuesday’s order that he is not convinced of the Wolf administration’s argument “that irreparable harm will result if a stay is not imposed.”

State Attorney General Josh Shapiro argued that lifting the administration’s mitigation efforts – a stay-at-home order that has since been lifted, closing nonessential businesses for a time and a continued limit on crowd sizes – “will open the floodgates and allow the virus to freely spread.”

While speaking at CNN’s Citizen Conference, Hill, who also served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director for European and Russian Affairs on the National Security Council in the Trump administration, offered support for Coat’s proposition of a “bipartisan election commission.”

Coats, a solidly establishment Republican and perennial Trump critic, called for the commission via a New York Times op-ed, “What’s at Stake in This Election? The American Democratic Experiment.”

In the nearly 900-word op-ed, Coats proposed a “supremely high-level bipartisan and nonpartisan commission to oversee the election,” confirming the predictions of National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam, who remarked on the War Room: Pandemic podcast that the establishment will float an “electoral commission” to adjudicate the 2020 election:

Billionaire financier George Soros is seeking to accelerate migration in order to destroy nationalism and hand power over to the global elite, writes Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in a long-form article for Magyar Nemzet where he also discussed topics such as political correctness, liberal democracy, and Hungary's upcoming 2022 election battle.

"The greatest threat to national self-determination today is the global network of open society advocates which seek to abolish national governance. The goals of George Soros's network with unlimited financial and human resources are clear. By accelerating migration, they will create mixed-ethnicity, open societies in order to dismantle national decision-making and put it in the hands of the global elite," writes Orbán.

Orbán states that despite this goal, national resistance has been strong, which accelerated in the early 2010s, of which Hungary has been a considerable force from the very beginning. He writes:

"The 2010 change of government [in Hungary] and constitutional revolution provided an opportunity to dismantle the frameworks and structures that serve the interests of the liberal and colonizing global elite. To this end, a new constitution, a number of pieces of legislation and unorthodox measures have been enacted. National politics broke with narrow elitist and ideology-driven governance and built the new political course in line with the will of society. It is based on freedom, that is, the ability to make independent decisions."

Orbán continued by saying, "The struggle between the global elite and national resistance has not yet been decided", and that Central Europe remains a source of such resistance.

Today, the right to vote in Armenia belongs to Soros, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview to Azerbaijan Television, Ictimai Television, and Real Television following a groundbreaking ceremony of the offshore operations of the Absheron field at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Deep Water Jackets Plant, Trend reports.

“It doesn’t befit anyone to scratch someone else’s back. Independence in Armenia is formal in nature. What kind of an independent country is it if it cannot make decisions on its own? What kind of an independent country is it if it is ruled by Soros? Pashinyan is a product of the Soros regime. Today, the right to vote in Armenia belongs to Soros. Look at the biographies of members of Pashinyan's ruling team. All of them come from Soros, Transparency, or another human rights organization. They turn a blind eye to the despotic actions that have taken place in Armenia,” the Azerbaijani president said.

President Ilham Aliyev recalled that one of the journalists in Armenia went on a hunger strike and died in prison, but no organization ever raised this issue.

“At present, two former presidents have been brought to justice in Armenia, a criminal case has been initiated – two former presidents and solely because of their political activities. Everyone knows this, but they are turning a blind eye to that. The leader of the main opposition party is deprived of parliamentary immunity, but no-one reacts to this. Why is the Council of Europe tight-lipped? Why are the rapporteurs on Armenia silent? Why are Freedom House, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International silent? Because of Soros! Soros is the head of Armenia, Soros is the sponsor of these “human rights organizations”. They have one sponsor,” the head of state said.
