WE ARE OVERDUE for a history lesson

 

So here is a review of what the progressives and Deep state have been trying to erase for decades for the masses to end up repeating it over and over. We should NEVER forget the original intent to free ourselves and maintain that independence! It is our innate right not a Deep state privilege bestowed upon us.

 

I cleaned it up from a prior post- it's hard to do strike-throughs and edits in a small 'reply' box so I took it offline to do the cleaning. Complete with sauce at the end.

A draft of the unanimous declaration of the thirteen united States of America, committee of five

 

-edited for 2020 relevant to current events, news, and disclosures

 

"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel to the separation."

 

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men, (women, LGBTQ or otherwise) are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness—that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, (women, LGBTQ or otherwise,) deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes."..

 

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpation….a design to reduce them under absolute despotism; it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security…" (at Gitmo?)

 

"The history of the present ~~King of Great Britain~~ (Deep State, Speaker of the House, Senate majority leader, far left activists and their funders all otherwise to be termed, 'Usurpers', ) - is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of of an absolute tyranny over these States."

 

To prove this let the facts be submitted to a candid world:

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have refused their assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have forbidden their governance to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance (such as stimulus bill during the covid lockdowns and without hidden pork for their own agenda), unless suspended in their operation till His Usurpers assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, ~~he~~ the Usurpers have utterly neglected to attend them (they put themselves above such laws).

 

** ~~He~~ the Usurpers have waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of life & liberty in the persons of a distant people (and in the womb) who never offended them, (aborting) captivating & carrying them into slavery (human and sex trafficking) in another hemisphere or to incur a miserable death in their transportation thither, this ~~practical~~ (unholy) warfare of the ~~Christian King of Great Britain~~ (evil) Usurpers determined to open a market where ~~MEN~~ (women & children) should be bought and sold, ~~he has~~ they have prostituted ~~his~~ their negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or restrain this inexorable commerce and that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished dye…

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers are now exciting ~~those very~~ the people to rise in arms against us and to purchase that liberty of which ~~he~~ they deprived them ..

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have affected to render the ~~Military~~ (Military Industrial Complex) independent of and superior to the civil power.

~~He~~ the Usurpers have refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have called together legislative bodies at places unusual (Zoom? SCIFs? Long distance Proxy voting? CODELvacations?), ~~uncomfortable~~ convenient, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing ~~them~~ the (conservative) populace into compliance with ~~his~~ their measures.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have ~~dissolved~~ influenced and corrupted Representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with mainly firmness ~~his~~ their invasions on the rights of the people.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have refused for a long time, after such dissolution, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions from within.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have endeavored to prevent the populace of these States; for that purpose of obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands, (representation, rights and funding, census, and voting tabulation.)

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have obstructed the administration of Justice by refusing his their assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers (and causing legislation from the bench).

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have made judges dependent on his their Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount of ~~payment~~ (kickback) to ~~of~~ their salaries.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have erected a multitude of new ~~Officers~~ Organizations and sent hither swarms of ~~Officers~~ (protesters) to harass our people, and ~~eat~~ ( beat) out their substance (also making unreasonable demands and threats to burn it all down if their demands are not met).

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies (and jihad camps and other training,) without the Consent of our legislatures,

 

~~H~~ the Usurpers have incited treasonable insurrections of our fellow-citizens, with the allurement of forfeiture and confiscation of our property.

 

~~He~~ the Usurpers have combined with others (U.N. & globally) to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and acknowledged by our laws; giving ~~his~~ the Usurpers assent to their Acts of pretended legislation.

 

*For Quartering large bodies of armed troops (anarchists and foreign agents) among us.

 

*For protecting them by mock trial, (Soros funded DAs, judges, impeachment hearings, media public trials)

 

*For ~~cutting off~~ (corrupting) our Trade with all parts of the world.

 

*For imposing taxes on us without our consent

 

*For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of (fair, impartial) trial by jury (grand or otherwise).

 

And so on…….

 

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these colonies [states], solemnly publish and declare, that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be are free and independent States; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the ~~British~~ Crown, (the deep state), and all the political connection between them and the (Deep) state of ~~Great Britain~~, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States (and a united nation under God) have full power…..

 

and so forth……

 

*The Committee of Five of the Second Continental Congress met from June 11, 1776 until July 5, 1776 to draft then present their declaration to the full Continental Congress for their Unanimous consent. July 5, was the day the Declaration of Independence was published. Throughout the meetings the committee read, re-read, and scrutinized the precise wording of the proposed text. It would've been wonderful to be a 'fly on the wall' to imagine what their arguments and debates might have been. Would they be so different than a day in 2020?
