Corona, Italy…it exists…Google is messing up with search results

There is a Corona, Italy. But it doesn't show up unless you use qualifiers in your search since COVID news shows up first now when you mention "corona".

Search for "Mariano del Friuli, Italy" instead to look up "Corona, Italy" on the maps.

Seems like it's the continuation of each page from pages 1-50. Weird how they formatted it like that though.
