In September of 2019, the parents of two todlers released a beautiful video showing their children of different races running to meet each other and embracing. This video went completely viral and was absolutely everywhere on both the internet and television.

Seeing this beautiful video, I thought it would be the perfect example of how even the most positive message could be spun by the media and turned into something ugly.

I created a video showing how an entity like CNN could leave out key context to spin any story a certain way, and then I showed the video in it's correct context and highlighted that America is a wonderful place that is being destroyed by fake news.

Almost one year later President Trump shared this video on his twitter account and the Parents filed a DMCA takedown of the video.

I was promptly banned from Twitter and the parents of the Todlers threatened to sue me on CNN. As I had done nothing wrong, I filed a counter claim to their takedown, and the parents abandoned their claim by declining to file a copyright lawsuit.

On September 17th 2020, the parents of the todlers DID file a "Civil Rights Violation" lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court, naming Donald Trump, his re-election campaign, and myself.

This lawsuit alleges that I have committed a crime by creating a political meme on the internet and has ABSOLUTELY NO LEGAL STANDING OR VALIDITY.

I plan on using the funds raised in this campaign to provide myself with best possible legal defense, and to seek compensation for the damages that I have incurred during this politically motivated witchhunt.

If there should be any funds left over from this campaign, I plan to put a portion of that money into a Trust to be used for the college education of the two todlers who are innocent bystanders in a political game being played by their parents.

Currently I am looking at a $35,000 retainer for my amazing lawyers Ron Coleman and Harmeet Dhillon and the case will likely cost upwards of $100,000 out of pocket.

Any financial help that you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated

Thank You!
