Well no, actually as I guarantee you the movie will be stacked with a lot of CGI anyway. So doing the few extra scenes that will be now done on the Space Station wouldn't have added too much extra to the budget.

Plus, what about all that driving from the actual Space Station underground hanger in Nebraska to the CGI studio in Hollywood? That is a lot of excess carbon footprint just for a movie. Greta gonna be pissed.
