A woman with Trump Derangement Syndrome leaned out of her car window while driving and took both hands off the wheel to flip off Trump supporters, then crashed into the car ahead of her.

The video that appeared online this week is collecting millions of views, as it shows a Trump-hating driver leaning out of her car – while it is moving – to flip off a group of strangers who were Trump supporters. After the impact, sirens can be heard as two police officers arrived to assist.
