The spider web marker was taken to mean the town of Azaz. To the immediate east of there is a compound where it looks like a building or equipment has been removed. Powerlines terminate inside the compound so I'm guessing it was a substation. Turkey is due to build a power station somewhere around there.

Looking around the area there are a lot of trenches. I'm sure many are drainage or defensive but perhaps someone is trying to build a pipeline to Turkey in secret?
Also, about 10 miles south east of Azaz is the town of Dabiq where ISIS wanted to have their last stand to fulfil a prophecy.
