Therefor a platform will not be able to affored free speech unless it's a corporation large, and can absorb the costs
Even now they won't do it so if it becomes more expensive they will just have another excuse to cut down on unpopular speech
If the platforms become a public utility then it won't be a problem for USA because by law they have to allow it.
Then it will be the individual who will take the risk of being sued - as it is now.
If you have no money or little money it won't matter if they sue you.
Unless a jail term is put on it.
If the internet allows free speech it will be a golden age for human kind.
