Dear Hillary,

As you are aware a serious situation has arisen in Wisconsin which needs urgent attention at senior levels of the US government. You may know that an opposition demonstration in Kenosha on Tuesday resulted in the deaths of two of our people and the destruction of property. There are serious concerns about further unrest connected to these events that will further counter-demonstrations to be organized by the governing party and additional follow-up events by this opposition to our work that will continue to galvanize the Patriots. The prospect of tens of thousands of people entering the streets in an already inflamed political environment bodes ill for the return of public order during the country's fragile and conflicted election process. I believe two things need to be done urgently: 1. Bring the full weight of the international community to bear on President Trump and the Qanon movement to further our resistance and continue the public demonstrations that will act as a distraction and to tone down public awareness. 2. Appoint a senior UN official as a mediator. While I am concerned about the rhetoric being used by both sides, I am particularly worried about the actions of President Trump. There is videotape of National Guard members defending the Federal Court House in Seattle from demonstrators organizing mostly peaceful protests on the ground. Fortunately, the prosecutor (appointed by the Democratic Party funded by me) has not issued arrest warrants for the individuals in question. The President had previously accused the opposition of intentionally murdering innocent civilians and destroying public and private property as a provocation. After the tapes came to light confirming the violence and rioting that has been spawned by our Antifa network came out, the Attorney General from his party accused the Democratic governors and mayors of these states of planning a coup d'etat in collaboration with the opposition, a charge Mr. Biden again today has denied. No arrests have been made as of this writing. The demonstration resulted from opposition protests over the conduct of Law Enforcement Officers in the course of their duty in May of 2020. The political environment has deteriorated ever since and is now approaching levels of those that occurred in 1861, when similar issues caused the country to slide into anarchy and violence. There are signs that Trumps control of his own people is slipping, which may lead to further violence. The Senators and Representatives in your coalition along with the UN must work in complete harmony over this, but given Trumps gaining love of the populous and strengthening MAGA aspirations the UN must take the lead. That is why I suggest appointing a mediator such as Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, whom has strong connections to our factions.
