CM and 8kun would not be under liability because unlike Twitter/Facebook/Reddit/ect 8kun immediately removes any CP and IPs are flagged/reported for violating the law.

The CP on twitter/FB/Reddit/ect is so rampant that they no longer have control over it and even when it's being reported its been known to take weeks for twitter to remove it. I've discovered CP accounts on twitter that have gone unchecked for years. I have reported CP accounts that even after a month still remain

Like I said in past bread the entire Section 230 is not being removed, it's being altered, some things added, some removed.

You cant have total free speech and outlaw CP at the same. It's impossible. You must have some sort of checks and balances and Twitter/Facebook/Reddit/ect are doing a better job of promoting CP then they are of removing it. I mean @Twitter actively deletes accounts(good guys) that expose CP accounts(bad guys) on twitter. @jack should have no protections and he going to loose those protections for this very reason.
