There was been much discussion admonishing bakers who made unilateral changes in the dough.

It is totally weird that the same anon/baker who insisted on creating that new bread, and even made a second dough for it and had the old new bread deleted, is the same individual who made this unileral change in the dough tonight WITHOUT DISCUSSION either here or in their new bread or in the /comms/ area.
It is a kind of behavior that looks, bad.
