Anthony Hopkins is one of those smart individuals. He sat down for an interview with fellow actor Brad Pitt and explained why. “It’s really simple. Actors are pretty stupid. Especially the ones coming from Hollywood to push liberal agenda,” Hopkins said. While Robert DeNiro and numerous other Hollywood actors are focused on bashing President Trump, Hopkins is different. “I can’t criticize a President, only because I work in Hollywood.” “The man is doing a great job, and Hollywood should let the people decide,” Hopkins added. “People ask me questions about present situations in life, and I say, ‘I don’t know, I’m just an actor,'” the Academy Award winner said. “I don’t have any opinions. Actors are pretty stupid. My opinion is not worth anything. There’s no controversy for me, so don’t engage me in it, because I’m not going to participate.” This is a surprising approach from someone who is coming from Hollywood. “Also, when many of Hollywood’s elite speak out, they often don’t fully understand the topic. They only dish out left-wing talking points,” the actor explained. “When they are confronted with facts, their stupidity and ignorance are suddenly revealed.
