The Seven Pillars of a Successful Color Revoluion
by Michael McFaul (Fmr Ambassador to Russia under Obama)
Outlined in Michael McFaul's Paper
"Transitions from Post Communism" (2005)
McFaul is describing successful revolutions that are seeking "democacy". As we know, our government has been involved in insurrgencies and counter-insurrgencies across the globe over the years. These Color Revolutions and Arab Spring-type populist uprisings have taken on a notable difference through the use of the internet/social media to network, radicalize and disseminate information.
The leftists have been using these steps to prepare our country to enter into a full-blown color revolution after the election is declared fraudulent.
The steps McFaul outlines in his paper
The factors for success include
1) a semi-autocratic rather than fully autocratic regime [use label "Fascist"]
2) an unpopular incumbent; [fueled by nonstop negative reporting]
3) a united and organized opposition; [idealogues or mercenaries]
4) an ability quickly to drive home the point that voting results were falsified, [social media censorship and lockstep MSM]
5) enough independent [complicit?] media to inform citizens about the falsified vote,
6) a political opposition [organized and radicalized] capable of mobilizing tens of thousands or more demonstrators to protest electoral fraud,
7) divisions among the regime’s coercive forces. [ex. breakdown among and between police and military]
