I get along well with most bakers, baker. Have for a long time. Get along with most anons, as well, because i make an effort to listen to their concerns. Not a perfect baker by any stretch, but steady and calm.

However, I do document what I see. That is what you see here. Sorry it's necessary, anons finally gave up trying to get baker's attention. Requests for a response, demands to REVERT, and moldy bread pics weren't sufficient. Caps were the course of last resort.

I've said my peace re dough changes just made. It's all in the caps.

Will just make one brief comment about the dough: most of what is in the dough was never voted upon. Everybody knows that. Some things were discussed, some things were not; some things were proposed by anons, some by bakers. Usually bakers notify anons before posting globals or dough threads (at least, i do - especially recently, since WR problems).

Good comms keep things running smoothly, so both anons and bakers can focus primarily on the work, not each other.
