I was going through the notables and a pic in the article below caught my eye. That is obviously some sort of medical equipmentt by the bed. It looks like some sort of electro-cautery machine to me. And it made me think of Lynn Wood's cryptic tweet about birthing stations of the island. Anyone familiar with that particular medical device?
