The problem that I have with the whole this is a movie notion…
It means that they have all the evidence they need to round these people up, try them, and execute them for treason/crimes against humanity.

Most of the Democratic populace are simply people who wish for a better life, but fail to think things through. Once they are shown the true nature they would be ashamed of themselves and completely turn away from the "party"
I truly believe the Most of humanity is good natured, but that we all have darkness inside us.
Timing is important, but the longer they wait especially after having all the evidence, the more likely a true war will break out.
My biggest concern is not a civil war, that may be likely enough due to the rampant division caused by the MSM. I am concerned that failing to show the people the truth in a timely fashion i.e. before the election will cause a World War headed by China, European Cabal, Germany etc…
