I don't buy it, I think delays are because people inside the DoJ and FBI are continuously delaying and obstructing under the guise of "legitimate" questions and concerns. The leadership keeps telling Trump stuff is about to happen and then it's sabotaged again, rinse and repeat. The deep state would never want to reveal their secrets like Q has done in spades.
