sorry , the London Eye is closed there are 2 rings of lights one for the pods and another set for the frame, these can display patterns, the quarter lights are rotating on the frame.

Photographers POV would be closer to the barrier on the foot bridge, doing a 360 view the only cctv is looking across the bridge, the only traffic cams i have found are through the bridge

Lisa Caroline Page was born on September 5, 1979 in the San Fernando Valley in California. When she was a teen, her family relocated to Ohio, where she was raised.
