13 arrested, vandalism reported at Seattle's Breonna Taylor protests

 

SEATTLE — The decision to not prosecute the officers involved in the killing of Breonna Taylor triggered outrage among several protest groups in Seattle Wednesday night and eventually more than a dozen arrests.
