I don't know that he isn't, but I know that the information published in the news story only shows that he paid prostitutes.
It doesn't show that he was trafficking kids. The suggestion that he was trafficking kids was added by Q, when asking why there was no media coverage, suggesting that it was a newsworthy story, which it would be if he was trafficking kids.
But it's not newsworthy that a guy paid some prostitutes. It's not worth a Q drop. It's dishonest to present it as trafficking kids.
