I suspect Wray was either kept in place for 2 reasons.
1) Keep your enemies closer, and in full view to be monitored and investigated.
2) Wray is a great actor helping to cause confusion about what is going on.
Hope is hot, if I ever went to the White House I would be overwhelmed by the fine looking women there, sorry Trump you are great and all but most of my attention would be on these ladies.
