Can you easily replace 'sort' with 'filter'? Can you use 'sorting' AI (Artificial Intelligence) to 'filter' probable mail in votes for 'Trump' vs 'Biden' by filtering zip codes and transport routes?
If Chinese Ballots have made it to America, why stop at blank ballots. Can't you just fill them out, ballot stuff them and put them in the mail trucks in the zip codes you want to 'pump' the vote in? And, with Chinese Ballots - can the USPS sorters 'see' the difference between US ballots and 'replace' them one for one?
