FBI Director Wray Downplays Election Fraud as Discarded Mail-in Votes Cast by Military, Marked For Trump Found in Pennsylvania

 

FBI Director Christopher Wray downplayed election fraud to the Senate Homeland Security Committee on Thursday.

 

Wray said the bureau had “not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it’s by mail or otherwise.”

 

Chris Wray conceded the FBI had seen local election fraud “from time to time.”

 

“Certainly to change a federal election outcome by mounting that kind of fraud at scale would be a major challenge for an adversary,” Wray said.

 

Meanwhile, in Texas and Pennsylvania….

 

The Justice Department announced Thursday the DOJ and FBI are investigating discarded mail-in votes in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

 

The DOJ said seven out of nine ballots found were marked for Trump. The other two were resealed in their envelopes and have not been examined.

 

Four people in Texas were charged with felonies on Thursday in a ballot-harvesting scheme.

 

The ballot-harvesting scheme actually helped Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown win the Democrat primary in 2018.

 

The Washington Times reported:

 

The scheme helped Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown win the Democratic primary for his seat by expanding the pool of absentee voters.

 

He would win the primary by 1,047 to 1,042 over Kasha Williams, in part by winning 73.4% of absentee mail ballots, the Longview News Journal reported in 2018.

 

The newspaper reported that Mr. Brown thanked God for his victory.

 

A grand jury handed up a 134-count indictment against Mr. Brown, Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns and DeWayne Ward.

 

“It is an unfortunate reality that elections can be stolen outright by mail ballot fraud,” Mr. Paxton said in announcing the indictment.

US Judge Reportedly Gives Trump Administration Until Friday to Withdraw TikTok Ban

 

A US federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to postpone its ban on downloads of TikTok, or defend itself in court this weekend in a hearing brought by the Chinese-owner of the video-sharing application, the Wall Street Journal reported.

 

If Judge Nichols of the US District Court of Columbia decides on Sunday to halt the Trump administration’s actions against TikTiok, it would be the second setback of its kind for the White House in one week, the report said on Thursday.

 

Another US federal judge last week temporarily blocked Trump’s executive order curbing Americans’ use of WeChat, a popular Chinese-owned messaging and e-commerce app.

 

The White House said US downloads of the application on the Apple Playstore and Android’s Google Play will be restricted from Sunday, and all of TikTok US operations will be banned on 12 November unless the company ceded its local controlling equity and technology to an American firm.

 

In August, Trump threatened to ban the application in the United States, citing wider concerns alleging that the Chinese government was spying on data of Americans using China-originated social media.

 

Trump’s ban was originally set to take effect on 20 September but was later deferred to 12 November after his administration offered the company a way out by allowing a US entity to acquire it.

 

Trump said the software firm Oracle and retail giant Walmart were in final talks for assuming control of TikTok's equity and technology.

 

However, TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, has insisted it retain an 80 percent stake in the video-sharing platform’s restructured US operations.

Attorney Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs on Thursday to discuss the ongoing persecution of General Michael Flynn.

 

During her interview Sidney warned corrupt deep state Judge Emmet Sullivan she will bring the case to the US Supreme Court.

 

 

Attorney Sidney Powell: Well, Judge Sullivan is going to have to dismiss this case with prejudice. If he doesn’t the Supreme Court will because it is an absolutely appalling travesty of justice. And the court has only exacerbated it by its baseless and unprecedented ruling.
