Voters are not stored as one vote, one person! We are stored as decimals in the software of the voting machines

discovered by Bev Johnson and Benny Smith.

The ballots are counted thru a machine. YOUR ballot is converted into anIMAGEsaved into a file, .jpeg… once all the votes come in the software has the capabilities to do a weighted race/average on the total votes for a district.

they can apply a factor to Shiva's votes of .3 and his total will drop to 600. Apply a factor of 1.5 to COK and he will have 1500 votes.
