I've heard about this kind of thing.
3 hrs is him saying 'I need to have private time. hover not near me.'
maybe you've smothered him and he had to escape your over bearing attention.
Lord Jesus please impart on this mother that 3 hours for a teenager to 'go missing' is just him being himself . . . and the kid is probably fine and she's over reacting . . .
I still want him to be safe.
