Not sure when taken, but looks like it was posted early AM on Sept 19. The only Q drop that day was the RBG drop.
I think the Scavino pic and the Q drop might be related.
1) Both show elements of DC neoclassical architecture. Maybe that is just to highlight the connection or who knows what. Refs to castle maybe?
2) Maybe a double meaning in "track and follow events". What is the USSS guy doing with WH comms people? He is "tracking and following".
Perhaps a signal that Q team is ready to go "live" and will be protected? Maybe not the rigth explanation, but there are some definite coincidences here.
