You don't think him being locked up safely behind bars and doing some time for all the stuff he was (potentially) involved in isn't the safest place possible? There's a really good chance that JA isn't as innocent as you might think. Doesn't mean he won't be freed one day for coming through on that Hillary thing, though.

JA is safe and sound. You know this because the defense finally went to the tactic of mental health (always the last desperation move). The trial is all theater; why do you think they are able to keep delaying it in perpetuity? If the USA wanted him here, right now, it'd happen.

I'm going to go out on a limb, here, and say that your mind is going to change about that within the next 4 years. JA will probably be free, many of the DS people we've been tracking will either be dead or in Prison/GITMO, and majority of all trafficking networks will be completely shut down.

Let's pretend this is still the scenario today. If so, then why would the people who wanted to take his ass out want him free now? Why is JA playing along with it? Does that mean him being in jail for the next long time is part of the plan? Serving time, perhaps, for other crimes, to be freed later?

 

I'm telling ya; if USA wanted him here right now, he'd be here. He's in ISS for being mixed up in some shit, but he'll be out when the time's right. WL wants to get people all stirred up to put pressure on the judge/courts to release him. As soon as he's on the street, you know he's a dead man. When Q says they have the source, that means JA is exactly where he needs to be until further notice.
