Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer alleges AIIMS said actor died by strangulation, not suicide
In the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput death case investigation, it was being reported that the forensic team at AIIMS have found that the actor died by suicide. Sushant's family lawyer Vikas Singh, however, has claimed that he was informed by the same team that the late actor died by strangulation and not suicide.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been assigned to look into the case. However, with a drug angle finding, the Narcotics Control Bureau are currently probing people for a possible drugs angle in the case. They have also arrested actor Rhea Chakraborty, who was also Sushant's last girlfriend.
Currently, a few celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh have been summoned by the NCB in their Mumbai office in the ongoing Bollywood drugs nexus investigation which opened up while investigating Sushant's case. Rakul is currently grilled by the agency, while the others are expected to be interrogated on Saturday.
