Well, no, Paul didn't say that. The context of keeping the Law relative to what Paul was saying, was that one could not keep the law to be saved/justified. Christ Himself was indicating this to show them they could not possibly save themselves.
However, Christ saved souls in order for them to walk righteously. Paul himself said he was not without law.
This shows that rather than attempting to be justified by obeying the Law (which is not possible because Man is born in sin), one is made obedient after being justified by the Faith of Christ's Testimony (the Gospel).
One is not saved/justified BY the Law, one obeys as a RESULT of being justified. Attempting to justify oneself before God (not before men) by one's obedience is placing the cart before the horse.
So you are perverting what Paul said as well as what Christ said.
The Faith is such that one is made a just man by the Faith of Christ in order TO obey, in order to do the things for which God has ordained him. Such obey BECAUSE he has been justified by the Faith of Christ and do not obey in order to be justified.
Obedience is the result of Justification and not the cause of justification.
