Ah, I guess that's what I meant by "disposable income." I guess you'd end up paying less in taxes, but it still seems like a terrible plan if it's punishing savings. Sad!
Agreed. Nunes words it weird though… it makes it sound like it'd be a tax on anything you DON'T spend, so you'd still have to report all your income, expenses, and you'd be punished for saving. Not a great way to MAGA.
